Exactly. Take my school, for instance. Everyone thinks Animal Crossing is a baby game, and they haven't even played it. It is annoying. But I guess they can stick to their pointless shooting games that look boring.
Some people who don't like one feature decide to ignore all of the rest of the major improvements, which is pretty big to miss out on. Normally people who dislike one thing about the game tend to ignore all of the other features, which can be a bit... strange.
I don't like the fact that the villagers move in anywhere, but that doesn't stop me from getting the game.
To me, if there's more cons than pros, I will not get the object. (Like 3DS XL)
But it's a matter of opinion I guess, and the new Animal Crossing is not to everyone's taste.
Yeah. It's all very detailed, but explaining this to someone who doesn't know the difference kills me a little inside. (I mean, it looks so different, how could it look the same to some people!)
Instead of running around town as if I were doing chores, I'm going to walk to embrace the beauty this game is giving off. The graphics are also one of the major improvements of this game. I just can't play the older Animal Crossings anymore.
Yeah, same here! I think I'll get the mayor points out of the way first, then organizing my best friend list, then finally time to do some Animal Crossing things in town!
My mum is actually okay with it! I guess he just likes to make a comment on everything he finds out of his league.
And if I had Animal Crossing now, and you visited, you'd be able to hear 3 AM. Aah, I can't wait to experience this in June. Is going to take up the whole weekend.
I can't remember what they talked about.
I remembered when two snooty villagers talked it always stirred an argument. They were always sarcastic.
My dad is so annoying! Seriously, he's commenting on everything about Animal Crossing. Like
"Why do you like this game so much?" or
"Do you not have something better to do?"
"Why are there Animal Crossing videos on YouTube? People should upload more important things."
...
I always found that funny! I remembered a best friend of mine on Wild World talked behind Angus's back, and it was funny because I didn't like him myself.
Wow. Romantic? I can picture 2 villagers speaking to each other and one of the villagers starts acting romantic. Conversation must be hilarious in this game!
That's true. Because the proper definition of Smug is:
"Having or showing an excessive pride in oneself or one's achievements" which makes them sound conceited.
Maybe the personality name will change in the English version?
There's also a female version of this personality, called Big Sister.
They care about their looks, but are caring to you as well.
(I have 3 big sisters myself)
Really? There's a lot of cool smug characters out there, like Bee! And Bob (dog, his Japanese name). Apparently they talk like gentlemen and are actually polite and kind, according to Animal Crossing wiki.
I remember when my friend finally got the villager she wanted (Tangy), but the rest of her villagers were ugly or scary. (Have you seen Rasher?) She decided to restart!
Yeah, and if you play games with them, they have a higher chance of moving in. Thanks for getting my hopes up, because there's even more villagers now so that means it's harder to get your favourite.
