Oh and when it comes to medicine, keep taking it for a day or two after you're feeling better. This will kick that virus to the curb for good before it gets comfortable and starts multiplying all over again. Gotta make sure to kill them all
Gah. That sounds awful.. Your mom and brother went to the doctor, right? If so, they must have gotten specific prescription medication for their pharyngitis.
If you can't visit a doctor too, I hope you can take their medicine. The Motrin pill didn't cure anything because it's just tackling a symptom and not the origin of the virus, I think.
