    true that. I mean Fairy Tail was always a "BEAT UP THE NEW ENEMIES, GET STRONGER, THEN BEAT UP MORE NEW ENEMIES" series but the lack of interesting sideplots and etc was infuriating.

    also I'd recommend just starting with the reboot if you were still on the old series; you can always just read ep summaries for anything that you missed anyway :-P

    DUDE you literally could not have stopped at a worse time... Fairy Tail has been insanely good for the past few weeks lol
    granted, I only read the manga now, so I'm not sure where the anime is atm, but the plot's honestly picked up. I'm sure it's not just me when I say the story's been meh for a while, before a month or two ago at least.
    I don't want to spoil you or anything though haha
