I like talking about food a lot. xD Chinese has actually two classification roughly. Sìchuān cài and Guǎngdōng cài. I like both, but the one I cook more should be the first one. I don't know how to spell it in English, we pronounce it like "Sang-Lah-Tang". Its like a "Zouni" in Japan. Its broth is chicken with bones, which is against Japanese one is mainly dried tuna's broth. Try Sang-Lah-Tang if you have Chinese restaurant there~
