Well, do you see the tool named "binary tool"? You draw and color with that.
First, you should draw whatever it is you want on the layer that shows up.
After you finish, you should make a new layer and drag it down under the first layer.
On that new layer, color.
Because you made a second layer and put it beneath the first one, it'll allow you to color without coloring over your original lines.
You should so try making one!!!
