I passed on Link, since the one that they had in my local Wal-Mart had derpy eyes and a bad paint job on his sword. In retrospect, I almost regret not buying him in a way, since it would have been pretty hilarious to show off.

I honestly thought Nintendo would be like, HAPPILY restocking the heck out of all of these amiibos with the opportunity to make so much money. Instead, they're letting Ebay sellers make a killing. lol

I have an ingenious idea. Get a Link Amiibo and then make a cardboard cut-out of little Mac's face and paste a picture of said face on it. Then stealthily replace your brother's Little Mac amiibo with the undercover-Link. He'll never know the difference!

Pit is starting to get almost as difficult to find as Villager/Marth around here. Though they announced that they're restocking Marths for the upcoming Codename S.T.E.A.M game, so at least people who wanted him will have a second chance.

Whoa, that's quite a line-up! I've only got Kirby, Peach, Zelda, and Luigi so far.

Oh man, you got a Pit amiibo! I really wanted one, but I couldn't find him anywhere. Is he still available for a reasonable price in EU or sold out?

I honestly didn't expect the Ness amiibo this soon. Also, if he comes out in April, it'll be like an almost-birthday present for me. (Now if only Nintendo would start making actual figurines for all of their games and franchises, they'd been a hundred times richer than they already are and make sooooo many fans happy.)

Hmm, well, I did try that with Villager, but it didn't work. Maybe I'll have better luck with Ness.

If not, I'll pester a friend in Canada to reserve one for me.

I'd like to believe they would have them in the stores here, but considering how small this area is, they'd probably get like, 2 of each amiibo or some ridiculous crap. I might ask my local GameStop if I can possibly put a reserve on one. That would save me a lot of hassle. ...But that's assuming that they GET any.

Man, get your butt on a pre-order of Ness as SOON as possible. I've been following the EarthBound tag on tumblr forever and the fandom is literally EXPLODING about the Ness amiibo. Some people are talking about hoarding tons of them. It's pretty frightening, but the Mother series fandom has always been a bit crazy in that respect. This is the first official Nintendo merchandise for a Mother character outside of Japan and fans are literally crapping their pants in excitement to get it.

Thanks! I chose Yoshi. He's not rare or anything, but he's been consistently sold out in my area. (I'm really excited for Ness coming this spring, though.)

Yeah, pixel art has become a huge thing in the past months. I guess after people saw there was such a huge demand for cute pixels, everyone wanted to do pixels to make some TBT. lol
