As long as you moved out 16 villagers Erik will be able to move into your town, the onyl reason he wouldn't is, someone is moving in, Your town is full or you didnt complete the cycle. ^^
Its no problem, I'm not sure why she didn't ask to move to your town, they usually only don't move if you haven't cycled 16 villagers or if your town is full >.< -
