Yeah, it's quite complicated getting the blue roses, but getting the blue pansies should be quite easy. Just put 2 white pansies beside each other. (Remember to have a Jacobs' ladder beside them too, also bury fertilizer, and water them) I don't know if you know this already, sorry!
