I was going to San Juan Capistrano, but missed the train so went to Mission Inn and a San Bernardino County Museum instead. Glad to know my family enjoyed it. And we still plan to go to SJC at some point before New Year.

Alouette was because of the bird, though my town tune is the song
Etoile (too lazy to find the accented e)-Alouette / Alouette-Etoile was too long so I just went with Alouette ;u;
Casse was because casse-pieds is a phrase I've always remembered and it stuck with me. It's also fitting for the sinister backstory of the town. {I was actually thinking of Aucun for the mayor, but decided against it since it didn't really appeal to me.) I was debating whether to go Navre but I think I'll use that for my last mule hehe
