Can you move the reset center a few steps behind but still between the benches?

I'm sorry that's terrible. Something similar has happened to me before where I lost my town I had played obsessively for months. I had all my paths down, and PWPs, and even unlockeed Katrina and Emporium. I've been resetting for the same map ever since :(

It would be a challenge to balance all the personalitites so that one isn't better than others! I agree it would be cool to be able to pick something so that your mayor can be more distinct from other mayors.

Not yet, but I'm thinking about restarting! I've restarted a few times already and lost a lot of valuable villagers I didn't know were top tier. (I seriously don't understand why Stitches is so popular... He looks so basic)
