you're making things difficult for yourself when you don't need to
- there's no need to buy a mailbox, you can just empty your inbox by deleting messages you don't need to keep
- and you don't have to look at the first page every time, just copy and paste the form and fill it that way
that would take a really long time :/ if you don't want to post on the shop you can fill a form in a PM maybe?
