It would be on a case by case basis, but generally speaking we'd still take any prior warnings or infractions into account, expired or not.

It's no bother, don't worry. Warnings/infractions can certainly impact whether someone is chosen to join the staff team, though it's on a case by case basis of course.

The requirements differ for each position. Moderators must be at least 18 years old and have a relatively clean site track record, and we also look for people who have been on the site for a minimum of one year. The Project Staff group has a minimum age requirement of 15 years, and we look for creative/artistic people who have participated in past site events so they have an idea of how we run things. The administrator position is somewhat different and I can say with near 100% certainty that Jeremy won't want to add another admin anytime in the foreseeable future.

You'd be welcome to apply if and when we open applications, but as of right now we aren't looking for new staff and I don't know when that would change.

Haha, Jake's a silly one sometimes. I submitted an application to join the site staff as a moderator back in 2015, and was one of the people chosen for the role. Jeremy asked me to move into the administrator position around a year later, and here I am!

You have nothing to apologize for For a first time drawing an animal I think you did a very good job -No one but yourself can tell you what to draw so draw whatever you feel like - animals or humans, doesn't matter, as long as you enjoy what you do!
