Maybe speak to Justin/Jeremy or whoever administrates this site and discuss the possibility of turning these into monthly competitions, with the first prize being the current birth date stone.

and I understand that obviously you're trying your best and you cannot help people not turning up for their battles in the slightest. I just think that a better approach to this entire thing could have brought upon a different outcome.

Ashton, I'm under the impression that any user is able to organise an official smash tournament, yes?
If so, could I ask that I organise the next one? I don't mean to cause offence by asking this, but I just feel as though the fourth tournament could have been organised a little better. I mean, I'm set to participate in the final and I have no idea of who's even still in the tournament. The person I'll be fighting with (if that ever happens) will most likely have got to the finals with a complete free pass, as their opponent would have probably not turned up for their match.

Why didn't you clarify that if you don't turn up to your matches then you get banned from the start? People would have taken it more seriously if this had been made clear. Idk, I just feel really disappointed with how this tournament has turned out... :/
