I don't know if I have it unlocked yet. I just reset my town and got the 100% approval rating a few hours ago, so I haven't unlocked the building rights yet. Since I have to begin TTing Skye out, I'll get it within the next few minutes. I'll let you know as soon as I get the permit, and then if the campsite is unlocked, I'll let you know. I'd invest in it myself if I had the funds. XD
