I have changed towns, and am just waiting to hear back from Hazumi.
If we do this, you just have to bring your mayor over to adopt him, then tt one day at a time until he has moved in. After that you would just make friends with him, run errands, etc, each day until he asks to move. Then before you say yes you check with Hazumi.

I was also wondering - I have Stitches in boxes since yesterday for Hazumi, he is her last dreamie. But she can't take him yet because even though Julian is ready to move out of her town, the person whose town Julian is moving into isn't ready.
Would it be too hard for you to let him live in one of your town for a bit until Hazumi can take him? If I had another ds, I would just move him over, but I only have 1 ds.
Or are all you towns full now?

okay thank you for getting her :3 now we can have one each found a great way to get them tt fast right make a new charecter to add to your town talk to all the villagers make house you can delete it later and then after talking to all the villagers once tt but dont talk to the onesyou want out only talk to the ones you want to stay and it works too i tried it out and i foubd away to get requests from villagers quicker too

It doesn't matter now. I got the 2nd Apple for my 2nd town. It will still take some time but now you have TWO Apples so one will HAVE to move soon, right? RIGHT??? Lol! I hope so. So at least I snagged her. You don't have to rush.
