omg i spaced on the rundown shack part but i do love that look for dobie's house! he's in my winter town (i'm currently in the process of swapping out all the villagers there and he's one of my new ones), and coincidentally shep was an old villager in that town too. :') i never got too attached to him but i'm sure he'll be a wonderful addition to the town i'm moving him to.
