You know, where I live there are surprisingly no floods at all ... Small coastal town and very moderate climate! The ocean is warm for swimming and I love swimming! There are tons of lakes and nature trails and camping and fishing ... The only natural disaster we fear is earthquake since we are on a dangerous fault ... But even that we have not seen in this area since the 1940s. LOL
I love the pouring down drenching rain too! It is such a peaceful feeling to listen to the rain on the roof while you are snug and dry inside with a coffee and a good book (or ACNL on the DS - lol) I live on the rainy west coast of BC although it is surprisingly called the Sunshine Coast!

Yeah I have everything you need except the orange cosmos You can pick some more to make it a perfect 100 if you'd like or just keep it 90. Right now I'm trying to position a villager in the perfect spot so it may take hours..... like the whole day ahha if you can wait to trade tomorrow x)
I don't really allow people doing that since I already have hybrids in my town set for decoration. Plus people have disobeyed my rules and ran and talked to my villagers which I don't find pleasing so I prefer to drop them off at other people's town ~or~ have them state what they want specifically and I'll find a certain area in my town for them to pick up/storage! x)
