Splatoon [WORLDWIDE] SPLATFEST: POKEMON, RED VS BLUE! [or green in Japan]

Blastoise is great, but I much prefer Charizard so I went with Red.

This Splatfest, I'm not using my usual Tentakek Splattershot, and instead using other weapons to normal. I'm starting to get decent with sloshers and chargers.

This is probably the most frustrating Splatfest I had yet. Not because of the players, no, they're fine. It's the CONSTANT LAG AND DISCONNECTS.
Do you know how many matches I've been able to play? THREE.

The rest of them I always get that stupid "connection unstable" message, usually towards the end of the match. And the last match I played had the worst lag. You know, the "people splatting you when you're nowhere near them" lag. It's horrible.

THIS. I quit this Splatfest 20 MINUTES IN because I just couldn't deal with it anymore. We lost two matches because we thought we were winning but after the match ended and Judd came up A WHOLE COAT OF RED INK SHOWED UP and it turns out we lost horribly???

I try so hard to play this game FOR FUN and not get mad about stuff, but when I hit people 5 TIMES with my .52 Deco/Tri-Slosher and they NEVER DIE and ONE SHOT ME WITH AN AEROSPRAY I just can't have fun.

I only played two times and just stopped because Splatoon is not as exciting as it used to be to me. I'm gonna take a break from it and hope that after some time I'll regain that splatting feel.

However, I chose Team Charizard and I hope they smoke the competition! Go, team red! I'm cheering you all from the sidelines.

I got Blue Queen on my main at around 11 PM and then switched to my Red alt, who only got to Defender. I might've gotten to Champion but I quit around 12:15 because I just didn't feel like playing. The lag wasn't a problem at all at that point. And it's not lie I got frustrated or anything. It's just you can only shoot ink around for so long before deciding you want to do something else.
