Which aesthetic should I invest my leaf tickets in?

Hello everyone, I have 350 leaf tickets and lack decisiveness as to what I should spend them on.

I really love these items and would like to get at least one before they are gone:
-Brewster reissue 300
-Leif Reissue 300
-Katy Reissue 300
-Jelly trampoline reissue 100
-Beau's artesian cookie 250 box

Each of these items contribute to an idea for my cabin and/or campsite theme:
-Brewster: A classy cafe (cabin)
-Leif: A cute garden shop (cabin)
-Katy: My fairy garden (Campsite)
-Jelly tramp: My fairy garden
-Beau's cookie: A cute marketplace (cabin)

What do you guys recon would be the best use of my tickets? Any favourable ideas?

A hard choice, but I stand with Brewster ! I love coffee and a little coffee shop is one of my favorite designs. Best of luck!
