What's Your Town Ordinance?

I chose Beautiful because I'm breeding hybrids and do NOT need more pink lilies.

Now that I've finished expanding my house & town I've switched from Bell Boom to the Beautiful Town ordinance. It's just too hard to keep up with watering all of my flowers without it, even with the golden watering can. Also this way I don't have to worry about my flowers dying if I don't play every day!!
