Whats your top five favorite animes or mangas?

It's really hard to say anime because a lot of anime that I love I'll finish and then seek out the manga, so it'd be more of a favorite manga than a favorite anime. I'm gonna go top 4 anime and top 6 manga tho lol.

In general I tend to prefer comedy and romance, but there's obviously things I love that deviate from that.
If I had to just flat out give recommendations, I'd most strongly recommend Mob Psycho 100, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, and Uchouten Kazoku from my lists. Then I'd also like to second pychi's recommendation of Tatami Galaxy because I really enjoyed it!
 
I don't like nor watch anime for the most part, but a terrific anime film (for once not Hayao Miyazaki) I saw was Children Who Chase Lost Voices. I've also seen and loved Paprika, seen but didn't like Perfect Blue (seemed like it was bits and pieces of psychological horror strung together to be impressionistic on purpose, but it was neither coherent nor all that creative). I'm going to give Ranma 1/2 a shot in the future, because the first episode seemed genuinely unique and distinctly Japanese (and I like that old school feel!).
