water or teabag first?

Usually water first since I'm lazy and tend to microwave it, and a lot of teabags have the little metal staples in them.

uhhh.... loose leaf in a lil tea brewer thingy. i hate bagged tea because most of the time it's poor quality lol im a tea snob jjkhgjh but always tea first water second!
