Notes and Rules

• I don't have any amiibo cards, don't ask.
  
• Please, clear your void before visiting my town!
  
• Villagers will be given on a first available first served basis.
  
• Reservations will only be refunded if I screw up or if you call it off.
  
• If you get a villager that is unoriginal in ANY WAY, please notify me and I'll refund the 5 BTB difference between the price you paid and the next lowest tier's cost.
  
• I am in the Eastern Daylight timezone
  
• Depending on the circumstances, I may not be able to access the site/game for an extended amount of time.
  
• Currently using this thread (clicky) for villager tiers!
  
• Running is allowed!
  
• Lurking for villagers I do not have is allowed! Once a lurked villager moves in the lurker(s) will be notified.
  
• Do not talk to other animals!
  
• Do not cut down trees, pick up items, etc. unless told to do so!
  
• You may walk to the animal's house alone if you so wish.
  
• Treat my babies as if they were your own! No sales or auctions, but giveaways if you want them to move, and please, you do decide to get rid of your villager, notify me first.
  
• Pay before you receive, or the deal is off!
