Snowman Bingo

i have 4 snowmen in my town but no bingo card so if someone wants to come and get the numbers then let me know
 
My snowman gave me a 49. If you go to other towns, can you use their numbers? Additionally, what happens if I build more than one snowman?

you can visit other towns to get numbers, you can build a snowman every day and you'll have multiple numbers
