Buying Resize my GIF please. ^^

I need this image to be 245 height x 530 width.
I can't do it because I'm using a mobile device and if I save an image I can't link it to somewhere else (don't have imgur, don't want an account either) so I can post it here as my signature.

Here's my signature/GIF.

Please don't delete this image if you plan on posting it on imgur/another site! As I said before I will need the link and I can't save it.

Unfortunately your gif cannot be 245 height x 530 width, because it would need to be stretched sideways. However, I resized to 245 x 517 to no distort it ^-^

I personally never use links for my files, but the code, so here it is with spaces :
