Are there any vegetables you are okay with eating raw as a snack?

I think my favorite are bell peppers, but I like mushrooms raw too, and cucumber.
Onions are good on a sandwich raw, but I still prefer them caramelized.

Editing to clarify, white button mushrooms that were professionally grown, not foraged nor amateur grown.

I don't eat vegetables raw very often, especially as a snack (though i really should). But I definitely monch on some chopped vegetables while I'm making dinner. I usually eat chopped carrot but lately I have been enjoying chopped red bell pepper (capsicum).

Celery and cucumber are also pretty great! I don't think I could ever enjoy eating raw onions by themselves, chopped or not. I don't mind a bit of raw red onion in salads or whatever as long as they aren't chopped too thick

yes raw veggies are a good snack when i'm on a health kick! my favorite to snack on is raw broccoli with blue cheese dressing. i also like cucumber, korean style cucumber kimchi, celery, kale, cherry tomatoes, pickled radish (korean style), regular kimchi, cauliflower, etc. i also like raw onions but i don't snack on onions. they are good in a salad though!

Lettuce and carrots! Carrots are especially yum dipped into ranch!

I don’t snack on them, but I also like raw onion! Especially red onion. I’ll usually eat a piece or two whenever I chop one up to cook. I also agree that they’re delicious on sandwiches and in salads!

I don't know what vegetables I like to eat raw yet because I'm very picky when it comes to them. I wonder if eating lettuce on a burger counts as eating a raw vegetable? They don't cook the lettuce before putting it on there, right?

I don't snack on them a lot, but I do love salads. My favorite vegetable would be tomatoes, then cucumbers, mushrooms, a variety of different peppers, carrots, and black olives.

The one vegetable I will not eat raw is onion. I only like them cooked.

I love veggies in all forms, cooked or raw! I enjoy crunchy things so raw veggies as a snack or as a side with a meal satisfies my need for crunch. For raw veggies I like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, snap peas, cucumbers, and tomatoes (I know its a fruit technically but WHATEVER). I like raw celery if it's chopped small and in a salad, I don't like just snacking on celery sticks though because of the stringyness.

I eat more often raw vegetables than cooked, carrots, mushrooms, onion, green onion, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, daikon, radishes, cabbage, turnips, celeriac, zucchini, kale, lettuce, spinach, bean sprouts, pickled green beans, pickled asparagus, pickled bitter melon, tomatoes and avocados that are not veggies, what else?

I used to be a carrots theft when I was little, like 2-4 yo, I was stealing carrots and sometimes other veggies in neighbors's gardens...I was eating roses too... it's a chance I didn't get poisoned or got intestinal worms.

I used to love broccoli, but I now only eat them raw with sour cream and it tastes very good. It’s also the most healthiest way to eat broccoli.

I don’t know any other vegetables that I eat raw but broccoli.

Slightly off topic, but pansy flowers are edible too.
(Are flowers a vegetable?🤔)
