Yep! He's been gifted a bit, but IIRC, only clothing that looks good on him (jester hats, homemade cape and crown, and I think a bellhop outfit that looks kind of circus-y). He displays a couple of these items in his home, but they actually look kind of cute there. He has a wreath, too, and maybe a custom saying. He also may wear custom hoodies from time to time, but a quick chat with Isabelle should fix the last two issues.

He's not in boxes yet, but he just asked to move him and I can TT forward a day to get him in boxes anytime. One thing to note- if I DON'T find him a home, I'll probably keep him (I have secondary character I can use to "cancel" his move at the moment- I've done it before, lol) so let me know ASAP if you're interested!

And, while I wouldn't say not to a NMT or two, I'm okay giving him away for free!
