Oh wow indeed. Yes, I have come up with an idea.

My ideas aren't that bad. Anyways, I have a great idea for a new game in New Leaf!
So my idea is using the patterns, you could create a board game style track similar to aF. You could invite over 3 people to play, but instead of justing circling the board, you could have mini games. The great part about just being in the town is you could start an unofficial mini game that's fishing or netting (bugging? what would the verb be?) or even hide and seek using a timer. You could use real bells and some spaces you'd get bells and other spaces you'd lose them. If you have a spare town, it would be good not only for farming but for this as well, as the patterns don't really affect the villagers. I think it's a good idea anyway.
If you do try this, for some reason because I doubt you will, please invite. I would love to see it.
