sorry for making a whole new thread for this, but i've been wanting to get the neutral floor for the entirety of my existence and i have actually never seen it in my town. (at least not the days that i've been on) if anyone could maybe catalog it for me i would be really thankful. ^^ for (reasonable) payment of course.
