How often does Gracie come to town, I want the final store upgrade already >~<

It's random, there's no saying... in my town, she appeared around once a week? How many checks do you still need to pass?

Yeah it's random. She come to your town maybe 2x in two weeks.

When she comes the next time, you can pass the check, time travel to the next day and come back one day and she'll still be there - that way you can pass the 3 checks at once. Be aware that you may lose a villager this way if you're not careful

No problem! But do make sure no one you don't want to leave is leaving, it's better if you don't have anyone moving in or out.
