does hhd have Gulliver in it?

Hi there:
A few of the Special NPCs (Tom Nook, Isabelle, Digby, Lyle, and Lottie) work with you in the game, so you see them regularly. As for the other Special NPCs (like Gulliver) there hasn't been any official confirmation yet of the full list of Special NPCs we will have access to in the game. We can reasonably expect that Gulliver will become available eventually, but we have no way of knowing for sure right now.
If you want to design the homes of Special NPCs (like Isabelle, Tom Nook, etc.), you can only do that by summoning them with amiibo cards.
There will be 4 series of 100 Animal Crossing amiibo cards each (400 cards in total), and each series will include several Special NPC cards, but so far we only know what the Special NPCs are in Series 1 and Series 2. Gulliver isn't included in either of those series. We'll have to wait and see what cards are included in Series 3 and 4, but it will likely be at least a couple of months before we get any more information.

i would assume if a character isnt available by default, they can be made available with an amiibo card.
