There's a number of things you listed that can't be traded. Aji fry, anchoas al ajillo, carpaccio di salmone, salmon bagel sandwich, salmon sandwich, squid-ink curry, and squid-ink spaghetti are unlocked by catching a specific fish a set number of times. You have to chop down 200 trees to get the Golden Axe diy
