da recipe:
Get a tall balloon, depending on the size of the cup you want it
If you want it small then a thin but tall balloon, if you want it big then a normal balloon and so on.
Melt chocolate.
Dip balloon thoroughly in chocolate. Make sure to get it all covered on the bottom and some of the sides, NOT ALL OF IT!
Hang balloon in your fridge and let it freeze and shape
In the morning when its solid, scratch off the ugly and odd bits
Pop the balloon
Take out balloon bits
Voila, now place whatever the heck you want in there, whether it be ice cream or strawberries. It will melt after a while, so I suggest eating it quickly!
