Hey Guys! Welcome to my Villager Auction House!
[21/05/2015]
I decided to buy a new cartridge today and start a new town. This is going to take up a lot of the time I have available to play AC:NL. Therefore I have decided to close my auction house until further notice. It will be back up and running soon!
[20/05/2015]
Sorry to anyone who may be checking back here and being surprised to find the Fang auction has ended! I accidentally voided him today. Whoops! Well, we live and learn!
[18/05/2015]
Thank you for taking part in the first auction of my official Auction House! Congratulations to Minni for winning Felicity for 2 million IGB!
[16/05/2015]
I have successfully been managing a cycling town and I have decided to make this official and create a permanent auctions thread!
INFO:
I only accept IGB (In Game Bells). I am not looking for TBT or any in game items or collectables at the moment. [This may change in the future]
For every Tier 1 and Tier 2 Villager, there will be an auction with a fixed buyout price. I will specify the starting bid and the buyout price next to the name of the currently available villagers (see below). For every Tier 3 Villager there will be a starting bid and no buyout price. I do not advertise Tier 4 or 5 villagers, they will be automatically voided.
For further details as to why I auto void Tier 4 and 5 villagers, please click here.
I use The Bell Tree Forum's Villager Popularity List as a guide for fixing prices, you can find it here:
http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?109343-List-of-Villagers-Based-on-Popularity
I do not reserve villagers. I will not be PM'ing anyone to inform them that the villager they are interested in is being auctioned [This counts as reserving]. You will need to check back regularly to see if the villager you want is being auctioned.
Auctions only begin once a villager is in boxes. Do not start bidding unless that villager is currently being auctioned. Early bids will be ignored!
Each auction will last 24 hours or until someone bids the buyout price.
Each auction automatically ends once someone bids the buyout price. I will not accept any other offers, even if they are higher than the winning buyout bid. e.g. If the buyout price is 5 mil, and someone bids 5 mil, I will not accept another offer of 6 mil and so on.
I will not accept any more offers once the auction has ended. You reserve the right to win the auction if you placed the winning bid within the time limit.
If you are the winner, I will contact you via PM to arrange a time to collect your villager. I will hold a villager up to 24 hours after the auction has ended.
I will always post a photo of the villager who is being auctioned, to show that they are in boxes and what they are wearing.
If, for what ever reason, the winner of the auction does not collect their villager within 24 hours after winning, the villager will be awarded to the runner up bidder. If the winner bid the buyout price, the villager will be auctioned again.
If there a no bids on an auction by the end of the 24 hours, the villager will be automatically voided. This is so I can move on to the next auction quickly!
If you are the winner, you will need to add my secondary town F/C:
2036 - 7711 - 9712
Mayor: Paul. Town: Asaheim.
2036 - 7711 - 9712
Mayor: Paul. Town: Asaheim.
RULES:
1. Read all the rules first. It helps to read all the info too.
2. Please make sure when you bid you specify which villager you're bidding for. e.g. "Starting bid for Beau." "11 mil, for Beau" etc.
3. Do not bid if you do not have space in your town.
4. Do not PM or VM me an offer. Only bids posted on this thread will count.
5. When you come to collect your villager, place the payment in front of the train station before heading to your villager's house to invite them to your town. If I believe you are acting suspiciously, I will end the connection and the villager will be awarded to the runner up or re-auctioned.
6. When you have finished dropping the payment in front of the train station, please wait and say that you are done, then follow me to the villager's house. Do not assume I will know you have finished and make your way to the villager's house by yourself.
7. When you first bid, say the word "Bulbamander" somewhere in your comment, so I know you have read the rules. E.g. "Thanks Bulbamander" "Hey Bulbamander"
8. You are allowed to run in Asaheim.
9. Be nice to each other! I won't tolerate people being unkind.
10. Do not attempt to out bid someone who has already bid the buyout price. You will be ignored.
11. If you are the winner, you must be able to collect your villager within 24 hours after the auction ends. Do not bid if you can not do this. If you do not collect your villager, they will be awarded to the runner up or re-auctioned.
My Auction House intends to follow the Auction rules set out by The Bell Tree Forums. For more details and to read the rules yourself, you can find them here.
When you bid you are confirming that you have read and accept all the rules above!
