I don't think it's expensive at all, considering i'm spending hours resetting to find one specific villager for someone. And then resetting again for hours to get that one specific villager to move out. If I already had the villager in my town as a starter, it would definitely be cheaper. I also priced it at 2000 because I also want to reward those who post a lot on the forums.
sorry I'm only accepting TBT bells at the moment.

It's a lot, but it's a LOT of work on Sholee's part to find a specific villager and then trying to get them to move. I can relate (in part) to the amount of effect needed to do this, considering it took me FOREVER to get Kid Cat to move. Other than Willow (probably because she's new), EVERYONE else tried moving (some, multiple times) before Kid Cat finally decided to move. It was pretty frustrating... XP
If she has them already in boxes, that's a different story, which is probably what happened with the person who sold Whitney.

I think it's because TBT bells are being exchanged? Though it's strange that others have sold villagers with TBT bells but they weren't moved here.
That is why. Anything involving TBT Bells has to be in the marketplace.
I'm guessing those were just missed--nobody reported them and we can't catch everything.
