ooh nice, i want to try having a winter town too! in addition to what others have said, i'd recommend using either the wooden or default stone bridges. i'd also use white flowers and a few red, to match the holly bushes. it's probably a good idea to check out some christmassy dream addresses...

i love her! imo, the coolest villagers are the one-of-a-kind ones. she's pretty spooky so i can see why others don't like her, but she's my favourite bunny villager and i was rly sad when she moved :c
