    I could tell it was perfect by it shouting my town name and the flower clock and the 3 town halls were in my list

    I personally wouldn't make it because it wouldn't go with my town, but if you like it, make it. It is very expensive though and there are cheaper projects.

    The only way to get new projects, other than the dream place, second floor of the museum, cafe, katrina's store, is for a villager to suggest it.

    Oh no! D: It';s too bad we can't choose where villagers put their houses.
    I put all of my flowers near existing buildings to prevent a villager moving on top of the flowers.
    Once most of the villagers have moved in, I move the flowers to a better location.

    i just searched about that error it happens to other people the cause is Nintendo service is just to heavy and the only way is to keep trying again , so its about luck .... i am trying ^^
