    I usually set the meet-up time for half an hour after my shift ends at work. Otherwise, I never remember (and then I don't play until the next day, that way they don't remember either!).

    I'm so sorry for your loss... New Leaf helped me get through my father's passing, too. The whole series, honestly, has helped me through my struggles with depression and anxiety and all of the twists and turns life threw at me. No matter how bad things get, I have something to look forward to...

    That's the only reason why I plot reset. I absolutely can't stand having villagers right on top of my train station or town hall.

    How do you feel about having a row of perfect trees or bushes with a line of flowers on the one side, and just flowers on the other? Could you fit a small (1x1) PWP on the left side? You might be able to squeeze one in.

    Wolves, cats, and deer. I loved the wolves since the Gamecube days. I managed to have all of them in my Gamecube town at one point!

    I second this idea. I couldn't figure out if I wanted more of a zen town or a forest one, so I just decided to combine the two.

    Should I ruin my island?

    Even if you do ruin your island for a while, you can still fix it later, like others have said. All I did to mine was chop down a few of the normal trees (and remove the stumps) and added some palm trees, and it's brought in tons of money ever since.

    I was really excited for Drago, a lazy villager, to move into my town. I was so disappointed when I finally got him, because he seemed a bit too lazy.
