As for the oval background, there's no need for you to do that. I don't decide whether or not I leave backgrounds on images until I start working on the actual wallpaper, so I wouldn't want you to remove the BG if I end up actually keeping it, haha.

hello liszst, Hatori requested a wallpaper from my graphics shop and one of the images they provided is something that you drew. (You can see the post [here])

I presume this wallpaper will be for their personal use, so I believe editing your art would be fine (as you did draw it for them, if I'm not mistaken), but I just wanted to ask about what your policies were concerning watermarks, even if this will be a personal graphic. Would it be alright to relocate the "art by liszst 2015" text elsewhere? I would still make sure to keep it in plain view / not have anything covering it.

Otherwise, if you're not cool with me touching the watermark at all, I'll respect that and leave it completely untouched. Hope to hear from you soon :-]
