    My native flowers are lilies. In my shop I've got hyacinths, tulips, and windflowers. (And looking at the responses, those do seem to be the most common in shops at the moment.) I'm hoping that the shop rotates flower seeds next season.

    Anything. I've used all sorts of mediums, from acrylic paint to soft pastels. Personally, I prefer to use a Wacom tablet to draw digitally, but if I'm not too lazy I also like painting with acrylics.
