Congrats on winning! They will randomly choose a villager in town to ask if they can go convincing them to move away and leave a slot for them, you can simply quit and reload the game to have the one in campsite choose another village in town until you are satisfied with their decision though...

I love that I can put furniture outside on the island now! I hate the missing of Dream Suite and color-locking for furniture as I want the different colored one and I'm starting to get tired at seeking catalogue all the times haha

I believe that you can keep talking to her until she offers to stay if you win the again as I think did it once before? She might offer furniture/clothes as rewards but just keep talking and she will reward you with staying after some try :)
