I would love 12 villagers because I want to have Marshal, Raymond, Beau and Bob while having the same amount of female and male villagers and not miss any personality type.
I just can't help but find it weird that the island land limits are so flowy on all sides except the back which is a giant straight line from start to finish. Specially with the initial cliffs being the same. It messes up the natural look for me

You cannot customize it in the same way you did with New Leaf. There is no Zen, Castle nor Modern house shape, just the regular house one. Also the mermaid, fairy tale, sweet and other thematic exteriors are gone. In New Horizons the exteriors options are all extremely basic
