Does anyone have any good ideas for a Halloween themed team? So far, I have: Gourgeist Banette Sableye Absol (maybe)

That's just random encounters. Basically, you just run around in the grass, cave, or surf encountering pokemon until you find a random shiney. It doesn't increase the odds like radar-chaining or chain fishing.

I got the blue one, blue being my favorite color, just to play X on. I looove it. It's so gorgeous.

It's random, but if you save and continue before talking to her you can reset if she doesn't give you what you want. Having multiple characters will help as well.

Wonder trade's awesome. All those Furfrous that I would normally release (breeding for shiney) get wondertraded. Most of the time I get junk, but sometimes I get good stuff. I've gotten like 5 charmanders off it.

My favorites are the scavenger hunts and the shark catching tours. It's soo easy to make medals off them. My least favorites are balloon-popping one and the diving tours. Hate those.

So glad everyone likes my town! It makes me so happy. I'm sure I had a plan with the flowers, but then I forgot what it was. The paths are Amykins' designs, she's got a lot of absolutely beautiful designs. Ya'll should check them out over in the Able Sisters' forum.

When you talk to Luna without dreaming or updating, she'll tell you the last person to visit. When you update, she'll tell you the total number of visitors.

At first I had it on Bell Boom, then changed it to Beautiful Town. Then the flower explosion happened. Changed it back to BB, realized I had waaay too many flowers and watering them took fooreveer (I hate wilted flowers), and changed it back to BT.

Yes. One my favorite things about paths is that once you get them set up, you can save the patterns with Mabel. You can then switch out patterns for each season, holiday, or whatever you feel like. Getting them set up is the time consuming portion of the project. Once that's done, go to town!

I usually drop a 99k bag for each trip I make, especially if I have a locker-full. I've always wondered if that was enough, or if I should have tipped more.

So, the contest will start 10/11? I just want to make sure my town is ready in time.

Usually I try to give something to replace it, like a wardrobe for wardrobe, in a style that they like. Sometimes you'll see at retail, & sometimes they'll give it to you as a reward for running an errand. I have noticed, however, that if it's something from Gracie, it'll just disappear.
