I think every other villager I don't want has moved out except him! I watched this video on YouTube once, it said the fastest ways to get your villagers out. One of them was to not annoy them, as the game recognizes that you want then out and delays them asking to move. I don't know if that was entirely true but it kinda makes sense
But sadly, no. He hasn't asked to move.
But he's pretty high in demand lots of people like him! I didn't know he was that popular
He's still yours though
