i can help you with your storage problem! I have a town that I never use and started over, you could put everything there! it's pretty much empty and my mayor has all her inventory spots open, i could create another character (or more than one) too if you don't wanna leave your stuff outside!

I don't know if I can be of much help to you, since I don't exactly have the most storage space, and I suppose you wouldn't feel very comfortable with having your items all over the ground.
