Ah, I'm flattered that you asked me. ^^ I'm not really sure what to suggest; I think that no matter how you carry your blog, it won't feel like you're copying any other because no two towns are the same! It does take a bit of dedication to keep your blog running without getting bored or tired, but I find the feedback from other users and support from other bloggers makes it easier to carry on. Plus, as long as you're achieving your goals in your town, you'll have lots of fresh material to write about. I love reading blogs from other mayors, so I wish you the best in getting started!
