I've never heard of Line. If there's an Android version, maybe I'll try it, but I rather not download another messaging app on my phone. XD That's odd that skype doesn't work on your phone. I have skype on my phone and it works fine, so maybe you accidentally downloaded the wrong version... you have a crappy version... or something wrong with your phone.
