Hi. I will take both mermaid chairs. The only Halloween stuff I need now is the Spooky Chair (2 at least if possible). I have 4 peaches, 4 cherries, and 4 pears I can give you, how about 150k for each mermaid chair (so 300k for the two), and 100k each of any spooky chairs you have.
