It's been a while, I hope you've been well.

I've been wanting to make this recipe for a long time when I saw it online. It's based off of the big soup from Mario Odyssey/Luncheon Kingdom. There were a lot more steps to it than I originally thought, but I decided to just go for it and I think it was worth the effort. Tasted really good! Wanted to share it. I made such a mess in between omg 😆

Hey Blue it has been a bit, how have you been? Life's been rough as usual, but I'm still kicking! Adopted a new kitten a week ago and been sick the last few days (hopefully not covid >>). My sisters getting surgery in a couple days and I'm trying to hold up in my room so she doesn't catch what I've got. The kitten has also has been sniffling and sneezing, we think she has a URI. She has a vet appointment but it's not until next month. Which especially sucks because I'll have to wait that much longer to introduce her to my other cats.

Aw, I'm sorry things have been rough. Being sick is the worst! I hope you can kick it. I hate it, they always hang on forever. I'm not sure what surgery it is, but you and your sister will be in my thoughts. 🫂

I could lie and say I've been great, but I've mostly just been hanging in 😅 But I'm happy to hear from you! I hope you, your sister, and kitties can have a nice weekend ❤️
