I know it's late, but I'm hoping for a good turn out. People have been stalking my cycling thread for him, so here are the rules:

Post a maximum of two times. I will be using a RNG method to select the winner. The winner must be available to pick him up IMMEDIATELY. If you delay more than ten minutes, I will re-draw and give him to the next winner.

I will end this raffle at 11pmPST (that's about 32 minutes from now). I will be posting this on GameFaqs and on Bell Tree Forums.
